Lexell Blue, LLC (“Lexell Blue”, “LB”), headquartered in Northern Virginia, is an experienced provider of enterprise-level data migration, implementation, and project management solutions to government contractors in many industries and project-based businesses worldwide. They have been a Deltek strategic partner since the Company was founded in 2013 by three women, Kelly Nighland, Jami Benson, and Susan Pucciano. Paul Whiteman joined in 2014 as a Partner specializing in Project Manufacturing, Materials Management and Procurement. Tasha Tillman joined in 2022 as a Partner specializing in the finance modules of Costpoint as well as Time and Expense. Susan Pucciano semi-retired in late 2021. All of the Lexell Blue partners were former consultants at Deltek, Inc. for many years where they acquired their expertise with the Deltek GovCon suite of products. The LB team has extensive hands-on “best practice” experience with hundreds of successful Costpoint implementations and they are the “go to” consulting firm for complex Costpoint data integrations including mergers of multiple acquired companies, divestitures, re-implementations, data restructures and advanced project manufacturing.
As a
strategic partner of Deltek, Lexell Blue only provides Deltek Costpoint
services to their clients and ONLY provides Principal level consulting
resources, with a minimum of 10 years of applicable Costpoint consulting
experience with most having 20 or more years.
Their extended team of over 30 principal level subcontractor consultants
provide expertise in all facets of an implementation, including project
management, IT infrastructure, Cognos reporting and technical consulting (such
as upgrades, extensibility, web services and integrations) as well as
functional consulting. The Lexell Blue model is simple and streamlined and
means you can expect LB to have less ‘named resources’ engaged on a project, as
we will not layer in multiple skill level resources (Junior, Senior, Principal)
per functional and technical area. Furthermore,
Lexell Blue has been instrumental in many enterprise level deployments of
Costpoint for large government contractors.
